Overview

D-GURU (Defect Guru) is comprised of two integrated software components: a program that automatically collects various inspection result files generated from optical inspection equipment, processes them into analysis-friendly formats, and stores them in a database; and a companion program that queries the stored database information to enable users to review lot information and detected defect data from completed inspections.
